Senior Java Developer

Alina About us: Soflab Services is IT services company which has been existing on Polish IT market since 2007. Together with Soflab Technology ( www.soflab.pl ) we are part of Soflab Group which provides its services to 100 clients in more than 10 countries. Our offices are located in Katowice, Warsaw and Wroclaw. For our Customer – an international software house with offices in North America and Europe, including Poland, we are looking for Senior Java Developer. Your role is: • To design and develop Java applications and software in line with functional and technical requirements; • To participate in trainings; • To estimate effort; • To provide technical leadership; • To Provide corporate ideas and initiatives; • To work with Business Analyst to define optimal solution; • To deliver solutions that fit and exceed expectations, functional and non-functional requirements of our clients. You experience and skills: • 5+ years of experience in Programming and Applications Design; • Strong qualifications in Computer Science or a related rear; • Core Java 7+, SQL, schema modelling and object-oriented design, applying design patterns; • Experience in automated testing; • Experience in Test Driven Development; • Experience in Refactoring; • Understanding of n-tier architecture standards and database tuning and optimization; • Analytical and leadership skills; • English knowledge (B2 or higher). Technology stack: • Web frontend technologies: JavaScript, JSF, jQuery, Seam; • Software development tools: Maven, GIT, Jenkins; • Testing Frameworks: Mockito, JUnit, TestNG, AssertJ; • Database: Oracle; • ORM: Hibernate; • Application server: WildFly.
